Electrical recruitment, done properly
We connect the right electrical talent to the right employer.
GRO Recruitment places qualified electricians, engineers and site supervisors on both contract and permanent terms — with contractors and employers who need reliable people fast — and helps tradespeople find their next role without the usual hassle.
About us
Specialist recruiters, not generalists with a spreadsheet.
GRO Recruitment is run by someone who's actually worked in the electrical trade, not a recruiter who picked electrical as a specialism. That background means we can tell a genuinely strong candidate from a good CV, spot the right ticket for the job, and know which employers actually deliver on the roles they advertise.
Behind that is a large network of electrical workers built up over years of personal connections and networking in the trade — so when a role comes in, we're often not starting the search from scratch.
Whether you're an employer who needs a vetted electrician on site next week, or a tradesperson looking for your next contract or permanent role, we manage the whole process — screening, referencing, compliance checks and offer — so you don't have to.
